Morgan Whitfield is an experienced senior leader, author, course designer, and international speaker who advocates for high challenge learning. Her first book, Gifted? The Shift to Enrichment, Challenge and Equity, reframed education as a mandate to provide enrichment and challenge for all students, not just a select few. Her next book Adaptive Teaching: Challenge for Every Learner will be out in December 2026.

A passionate voice for inclusive and ambitious education, Morgan works with schools, organisations, and ministries around the world to support pedagogical expertise, curriculum innovation, and system-level change. Through consultancy and professional learning, she builds capacity in teams and helps educators create transformative learning experiences so every learner can thrive. 

Morgan holds and NPQH, NPQSL, and is a BSO Inspector. She currently works for The Curriculum Foundation to advance SDG4 alongside UNICEF partners. She also works internationally with schools across Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and Australia.
